Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll look to you to drive sales and activity in the acquisition and maintenance of current enterprise accounts within the realm of payments and foreign exchange (FX). You will hit sales and book of business metrics using consultative sales techniques, you will manage and grow existing portfolios while ensuring client satisfaction. In addition, we will look to you to maintain your pipeline, forecast future business needs and collaborate with other departments across the company. In addition to selling, we’ll also rely on you to manage strategic accounts on an administrative level, managing request for proposals (RFP’s), contract negotiations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
For such an important role, you will ideally have a university degree and 5 or more years of high-level sales experience within the foreign exchange industry. Above all, you will have high levels of professional communication and be a positive influence on our teams and customers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The annual gross base salary range is $75,855.00 – 123,179.00 USD/year + commission. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
