Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll look to you to provide expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for customer retention, monitoring market information, and applying sales skills to develop and grow our client base in a profitable manner. You will establish, secure, and manage relationships with existing and potential clients and provide clients with market information, global economic news and how this influences their cash flow, product pricing, and profits. You will process deals on our trading platform and respond to payment inquiries through multiple channels.
You will use your previous business to business skills to focus on building customer trust, loyalty, and retention. You’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree, be comfortable with MS office, and be able to learn multiple in-house systems quickly. We’ll also need you to possess the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. You need to be RNF certified. Ideally, you will have working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry (2-4 years) within a sales environment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
