Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Western Union Money Transfer services and products are deployed with our business partners effectively and that service quality and supporting objectives are consistent with strategic goals and focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll design and create new efficiencies enabling end-to-end processes and solve any service disruption to work seamlessly with the overall aim to optimize agents’ costs. You’ll contribute to the development and optimisation of sales support tools and efficiently manage agent network database. You’ll participate and implement global service delivery projects at a regional level, providing product-related communication and improving the level of service brought to WU agents/ partners. You’ll also provide agent training and handle daily operation issues addressing them to appropriate solution providers to ensure proper resolution.

We need you to have a relevant experience in areas of project management, digital development, and products, ideally. You have a good knowledge of the financial services markets or retail and digital operations and an understanding of today’s technology standards (software, telecom, network, and digital applications). You’ll demonstrate strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. You’ll prove great customer orientation with the ability to offer solutions. Fluency in English and Polish languages is required.

This role is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (with a potential contract extension).
