The Digital Analytics and Optimization Manager provide in-depth analysis and functional leadership to the Customer Experience Leader as well as variety of stakeholders in the business. The Digital Analytics and Optimization Manager will use various tools and analytical practices to detail and define a clear picture of WUBS user behavior and engagement across all digital touchpoints with the objective of enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and better leverage our content. As part of the Customer Experience and Success team, the Digital Analytics and Optimization Manager will build and manage a centre of excellence for marketing web analytics, tools, and technical support. Establish governance of web instances and share out best practices, when needed organize training for regional marketers and other users.  The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, product and sales stakeholders to cultivate simple and effective digital experiences from top to bottom of the funnel; and lead web analytics and tagging strategy development and implementation for WUBS corporate websites and customer-facing payments platforms.

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert and so you must have significant and substantial professional experience in a similar role (ideally in a global B2B team).  When we meet, you will be able to demonstrate clearly your advanced knowledge of, and experience in, Google Analytics (UA + GA4), Google Tag Manager, web User Experience (UX) and technical aspects of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).  You will have a relevant degree and/or equivalent experience in MarTech platform administration and statistical tools and methods – we welcome candidates with statistical analysis and mathematics degrees.  We also need someone with commercial acumen in order to support and enable growth with the spirit of prioritization to nurture opportunities and recognise where time and effort will earn most value for the business.  A key skill is creative problem-solving as we are a Marketing function, and we must be able to work in a white space scenario where we might not have all answers and engaging with creativity to find them is essential. In addition, experience and skills in the following areas would be welcomed: HTML and Javascript, Tableau, Looker and Google Data Studio
