Reporting into the Head of Pre-Sales manager for the UK and Europe, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and account management team on a range of projects. In this position you will play an important customer facing role and will acquire an in-depth understanding of our products and technologies to carry out comprehensive discovery workshops, helping design, create and implement seamless solutions for our clients, partners and financial institutions. You will help to ensure the business delivers consistent and clear value propositions, technologically, and commercially meeting the customer needs to drive revenue aligned to our growth strategies.

You will have excellent communication skills, and possess excellent project management experience, reporting, writing, and presentation skills. You will have experience in a pre-sales role and will certainly thrive in a dynamic customer-focused environment. Building rapport with colleagues and customers, you will excel at delivery and have outstanding communication skills as well as a good grasp of relevant technology. A background in understanding code would be helpful. You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for technology, understanding technical integrations involving file uploads, API, SFTP to name a few. A good level in the German language would be an advantage.
