Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in your region (Rogaland, Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane and Møre og Romsdal) by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. We’ll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in-store, managing the end-to-end sales process. You will support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory.
For this role, you will be educated to a degree level and have at least 1 years’ experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products. You’ll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them. Fluency in English and Norwegian is a must for this role. This is a working-from-home position that requires travel. You will need a valid driver’s license and flexibility for overnight stays.
