Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll be looking for you to focus on building relationships and rapport with corporate leads by adding your sales touch through attending events, developing a network, and leveraging referrals. You'll be skilled at identifying, opening and closing opportunities through leveraging Western Union’s diverse product range and capabilities. You’ll be able to close clients through your ability to make a lasting impression and build a trusting partnership which highlights the value you and Western Union can add.
You’ll need to be highly self-motivated, confident with high integrity, and be tenacious in outperforming the competition. You’ll be financially astute with knowledge of business needs and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving or exceeding targets. You’ll also need to possess a good understanding of consultative sales principles and be adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
