In this role, you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle and loyalty communication thru owned channels globally (email, SMS, app, web). You will develop communication tactics, content and value proposition, A/B test strategy, manage reporting and measurement, contribute to the development of creative guidelines. You will assist in the annual planning to develop and execute marketing communication plans and programs in coordination with other business units. Analyze data on the organization's existing and potential markets, recommend, develop, and implement promising improvements. To be successful you will collaborate across teams and functions, troubleshooting support, and escalation as needed and work on objectives and business impact.
To succeed in this role, you must have a university degree in a relevant field with around 3 years of experience in the Customer Loyalty area and Lifecycle management. You will have excellent knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM) campaign optimization and performance measurement techniques, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and stakeholder management abilities, as well as experience in Messaging Platforms and customer lifecycle management. The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently is essential. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across teams and be comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders is also needed.

The annual gross base salary range is 25,056 – 48,887 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
