You will partner with the Chief Financial Officer and relevant other key stakeholders across the Western Union International Bank to support key business decisions, helping to define clear drivers of successful financial outcomes. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting and enabling financial analysis for investments and business decisions. You will be a trusted advisor to senior management and a key contributor to our strategic planning process and long-term financial forecasts and investments. You will also provide direct support to the Chief Financial Officer’s organization to ensure the delivery of key business initiatives and projects. In addition, you will be providing strategic planning, and support solution design expertise from a Finance and Accounting view.
For this role, we would need you to bring experience in a senior financial managerial position, which you will ideally have gained within a banking or other financial industry organisation. You will have studied Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Your strong financial analytical and advisory skills enable you to deliver effective business partnering. You need to have deep knowledge of GAAP, banking, and working in a regulatory environment. You have the ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success. As this is a role that will be heavily involved in project work, we would expect you to have experience in successfully overseeing complex projects. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 71,646 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
