You will play a critical function delivering high-quality, cost-effective IT infrastructure and information security services to both Western Union and its external business partners. Your tasks will be varied, from coding to testing and analyzing application software. You will work on existing systems and assist the analysts to identify business needs, ultimately recommending appropriate technical solutions and detailing key requirements. You will provide first and second line technical IT support for banking applications and also take part in testing projects aimed at minimizing the impact on revenue of potential system outages.
For this role, you will need experience in application development and support. Java and Spring framework coding experience to build micro services are required. We are looking for an entry-level Developer with first cloud-native experience preferably on AWS including ELK stack, Cassandra and Kafka. Preferably, you will be equally comfortable with development and CI/CD processes, working as part of a diverse and interactive team. Fluent command of English as a working language is essential.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is 41,253.28 EUR gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
