Role Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the HR Leadership Team to shape regional and global people initiatives, using data, insights, and strong business acumen to guide executive decision‑making.

  • Influence the HR strategy by delivering thoughtful recommendations rooted in analytics, trends, and operational performance.

  • Oversee and elevate the HR Operations function across the Americas through a tiered‑service model that promotes efficiency, consistency, and exceptional employee support.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure timely, high‑quality responses to employee and manager inquiries.

  • Champion the standardization and optimization of HR processes, systems, and procedures across all supported countries.

  • Lead initiatives that enhance service delivery, streamline workflows, and support the HR Operations roadmap.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures that ensure alignment with all legal, regulatory, and audit requirements across the Americas region.

  • Provide expert guidance on workforce management, labor relations, and compliance matters across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America.

  • Lead the HR Operations function across the Americas region, enhancing efficiency through a tiered service model and ensuring consistent service delivery.

  • Manage and support a team of HR professionals, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee inquiries.

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR operational effectiveness through innovation and process transformation.

  • Serve as a key leader in acquisition integration activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition experience for employees and managers.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior‑level leadership roles such as Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner.

  • Proven experience leading a global HR shared services function and managing a high‑performing global HR team.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional communication skills across both languages.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow; experience with Workday strongly preferred.

  • Deep expertise in HR operations, workforce management, labor relations, and compliance across the Americas region.

  • Experience leading acquisition integrations is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated strengths in project management, process improvement, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.

  • Skilled facilitator and presenter, comfortable leading meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and see the broader business context.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast‑changing environment with ambiguity.

Salary

The base salary range is $155,000 – $170,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
