In this role you will work as a member of the Global Retail Product team. You will ensure that WU has best-in-class retail solutions, which provides the best possible agent and customer experience, while achieving the success metrics.
Role Responsibilities
- Client/User Advocacy: act as the voice of the customer by identifying pain points, conducting research, and translating insights into actionable solutions. Ensure user needs are central to product decisions.
- Product Vision & Roadmap: define and maintain a 12-month roadmap for POS application, including release planning and prioritization. Write epics and manage dependencies across scrum teams.
- Backlog & Execution: own the product backlog for POS system, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features that improve onboarding, KYC, and customer data workflows.
- Testing & Metrics: develop iteration plans, acceptance criteria, and A/B testing strategies. Monitor KPIs and validate outcomes to optimize product performance.
- Risk & Compliance: partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration & Leadership: build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, communicate priorities clearly, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
Role Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial technology domains.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, KYC processes, and data management systems.
- Proven ability to manage agile backlogs and coordinate across multiple scrum teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating wireframes, workflows, and writing user stories.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Work Shift

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 4,158 – 5,665 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
