As the Manager of the Digital Review Team, you will lead fraud prevention and eKYC operations for our EMEA region, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll manage a team of operations Supervisors based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and collaborate across global teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of fraud and compliance analysts.
- Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and PTO coordination to ensure SLA adherence.
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate execution of fraud prevention and eKYC processes.
- Monitor and manage customer acquisition and fraud loss metrics (e.g., chargebacks).
- Maintain up-to-date processes and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver regular performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with data-driven insights.
- Identify and implement process optimization and automation opportunities.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align operations with business strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert to recommend risk rule changes and respond to emerging fraud patterns.
Role Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in online fraud management.
- 4 years managing high-performing operations teams, with 3 – 4 years in fraud prevention or eKYC.
- Minimum 3 years in digital payments, financial services, or regulatory environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA desired)
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally & in writing, with all levels of management (C1 English level preferred).
- Greenbelt certification.
- Experience in project management and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI (preferred).

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 3,283 – 5,260 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive), that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications,. skills and competencies.
