Join our Group Internal Audit team supporting Western Union Payment Services Ireland Limited. You’ll lead and contribute to audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas, helping ensure robust controls and a strong compliance culture across our regulated entities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. 

Role Responsibilities: 

• Deliver audits from planning to execution in line with the Audit Plan 

• Contribute to multiple audits, ensuring timely documentation and stakeholder communication 

• Partner with Data Analytics to enhance testing and drive efficiency 

• Summarize findings in clear, actionable reports 

• Track and follow up on audit issues to ensure timely resolution 

Role Requirements: 

• 4+ years’ audit experience, ideally in a multinational or regulated environment 

• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks 

• Excellent communication and analytical skills 

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA) preferred 

• Experience in MSBs or banking, with AML/Regulatory knowledge a plus
