Director Workforce Analytics and Project Management
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to head our Workforce Analytics & Project Management team. This role will drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll operate at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution—empowering HR to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Role Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end analytics vision, including data governance, reporting, and dashboard development.

Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports focused on workforce analytics.

Partner with HR COEs and business leaders to deliver insights that inform talent strategy and organizational design.

Translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions and HR policy.

Drive high-impact, enterprise-wide HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Oversee planning and execution of strategic HR projects, including governance, milestone tracking, and risk management.

Ensure consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms; optimize analytics tools and processes.

Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new HR programs and technologies.

Identify opportunities to enhance workforce performance and employee experience through data insights.
Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.

10+ years in HR analytics, workforce planning, or strategic HR project management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects in fast-paced, data-driven environments (fintech or tech sector experience preferred).

Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.

Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics and performance drivers.

Experience with change management and organizational design.

High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.

Salary
The base salary range is $175,000 – 200,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
