Role Responsibilities:
The Growth Marketing & Campaign Leader will be the main point of contact for portfolio management to plan, articulate, and generate 360 campaigns. Translating customer needs from corridor specific needs to Growth Marketing and Customer success leaders for proper execution.
Strategic Leadership & Execution

Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Australia, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Identify and act on growth opportunities through data-driven insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Ecosystem & Customer Life Cycle Management
-
Develop plans to leverage use cases towards driving maximum wallet share of customers

Clearly defined programs for each category within the ecosystem

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase customer lifetime value

Design and optimize customer loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases
-
Analyze retention metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Customer Segmentation and Targeting

Utilize data analytics to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.

Develop tailored marketing strategies for each segment to maximize engagement and conversion.

A/B test campaigns to refine segmentation and targeting strategies.
Data Analysis and Insights Reporting

Leverage analytics tools to track customer behavior and campaign performance.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.

Regularly report on retention, LTV, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Team Leadership & Business Acumen

Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.

Drive business performance by linking marketing efforts to revenue growth and customer retention.

Translate customer insights into actionable marketing plans that drive engagement and conversion.
Digital Expertise

Develop and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, and emerging digital channels.

Leverage new digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Understand the retail business landscape and execute store-level marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Pricing & ROI-Driven Decision Making

Work closely with pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.

Analyze marketing ROI and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Drive marketing initiatives with a clear focus on revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Role Requirements:
To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in digital marketing within Asia Pacific.

12+ years of experience in marketing, digital performance, and retail marketing, preferably in financial services, remittances, or payments.

Strong expertise in customer insights, pricing, and business strategy.

Proven track record of driving paid performance marketing campaigns and maximizing ROI.

Experience in managing teams and working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
