We are looking for a standout Analyst to join our Global Pricing Strategy. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing Product Analyst to help shape the evolution of our pricing tools and user experiences. In this role, you will help define user journeys, translate business needs into requirements, and visualize concepts through mockups and structured documentation. You will work closely with pricing strategists, product managers, data analysts, and technology teams to ensure our pricing capabilities are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user workflows across our global organization. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product, pricing, or design career who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and user enablement.
Success as the Product Analyst is delivering clarity and cohesion across pricing initiatives by connecting user needs, data inputs, and product requirements, delivering clear and actionable documentation and visuals that enable faster product development and decision-making and supporting the creation of pricing tools that are intuitive, compliant, and valuable to internal users like pricing, revenue management, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Document user journeys and pricing workflows, including how users interact with pricing systems, make decisions, and respond to pricing inputs and performance
- Develop wireframes, screen flows, and mockups to visualize pricing interfaces, calculators, dashboards, and user interactions.
- Participate in workshops and whiteboarding sessions to capture ideas and refine product direction
- Support QA/UAT processes by confirming features align with documented requirements and expected behaviors
- Own the creation of training and onboarding materials, such as quick-start guides, walkthrough decks, reference sheets, and FAQ documentation to support internal users
Role Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product analysis, UX, business analysis, pricing operations, or related fields—ideally in a financial services setting
- Experience using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, or Excel/Google Sheets to visualize flows and structure requirements
- Excellent written and visual communication skills; able to translate ambiguous ideas into clear, structured deliverables
- Comfortable working with both quantitative data (e.g., pricing rules, rate tables) and qualitative user feedback
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive about connecting dots across teams and processes
- Familiarity with pricing tools, financial products, or enterprise workflows is a plus

Salary
The salary range is $80,000 – $110,000 per year. This role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
