In this critical role, you will act as a servant leader, coaching the team in Agile principles and best practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Help teams self-organize and continuously improve their processes. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work by keeping the team focused on sprint goals.
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Track and monitor sprint progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Facilitate communication between development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Assist in aligning business goals with Agile execution strategies.
- Ensure smooth coordination with other teams in case of dependencies.
- Drive Agile maturity within teams by introducing best practices and improvements.
- Foster an environment of innovation and collaboration.
- Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to upskill teams and stakeholders.
- Use Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) to help teams improve efficiency.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, math, data science, or similar field with 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading multiple Agile teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and DevOps best practices.
- Experience in managing Agile projects in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is a plus.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent certification.

Salary
The on-target earning range is $70,000 – $85,000 per year, which includes a base salary and variable target incentive (including short-term) that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
