In this critical regional role, we'll be looking to you to develop strategic recommendations and implement initiatives to improve the process, platform availability, and competitive position of Western Union. 

Role Responsibilities 

  • You will work closely with the Consumer Money Transfer Retail and Digital Go To Market (GTM) teams and collaborate with technology partners to design and deploy loyalty programs to drive revenue and customer acquisition.       

  • Participates in the interaction with business teams to understand, detail out and scope out various customer strategy related initiatives / business challenges. 

  • Using various analytic tools (including but not restricted to SQL) you’ll derive meaningful and actionable data.  You’ll help interpret this data to drive insights and support decision making by the business. 

  • You will be responsible for the design and implementation of systems and methods to measure the efficacy of loyalty programs active.  

Role Requirements 

  • Degree in computer science, information technology or significant relevant professional equivalent experience in loyalty programs and platforms  

  • Extensive experience writing SQL queries and being able to draw insight from the data. 

  • Your strong analytical skills and understanding of the marketplace from which to draw insight will be clear when we meet you.

Salary 

The on-target earnings range is $90,090 – $132,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
