As the Global End User Experience (EUX) Leader, you are accountable for ensuring the delivery of a consistent, reliable, and modern end user experience for our global workforce of 16K (including both employee and contractor). Your role will encompass strategic oversight, budgetary management, platform optimization, and team leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation across all facets of End user Experience. The globally distributed team spans 15+ countries and coordinates efforts with more than 50 support vendors.    End User Experience includes EUX Engineering, Provisioning & Lifecycle, Helpdesk support, Asset management and Device & Equipment refresh or collection requirements, Office, Agent, and Owned Store location support.

The role is responsible for working collaboratively with major user segment leadership to ensure EUX delivers on requirements and expectations including Executive Leadership, Operations, Technology, Sales, back office and others. You will work closely with security and compliance to ensure devices are secure and meet compliance requirements. You will also be the executive contact and sponsor for EUX vendor relationship and vendor management. Additionally, you will establish key metrics to provide stakeholders with visibility into the compliance and performance of the EUX environment. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive EUX strategy aligned with business objectives to enhance end user satisfaction and productivity. 
    • Drive initiatives to identify and eliminate friction points in the end user experience, ensuring seamless interaction with all technology platforms. 
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: 
    • Establish and manage budgets for EUX initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet organizational goals. 
    • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors for hardware, software, and services. 
  • Platform Management: 
    • Work with stakeholder leadership to ensure we are meeting the requirements of major functions and user groups globally. 
    • Oversee all end user platforms, including Mac, Windows, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms, to ensure reliability, security, and performance. 
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize platform configurations to meet evolving business requirements and industry standards. 
  • Audio-Visual (AV) Infrastructure: 
    • Lead the implementation and maintenance of AV solutions for conference rooms and large-scale production town halls, ensuring high-quality audio and visual experiences for all participants. 
    • Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to design and deploy AV setups that enhance collaboration and communication across global locations. 
  • Team Leadership and Motivation: 
    • Inspire and motivate the EUC engineering team to consistently deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations. 
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to drive professional growth and development within the team. 
  • Industry Standards and Best Practices: 
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and industry standards related to end user computing, and incorporate best practices into EUX strategies and operations. 
    • Engage with industry peers and participate in relevant forums and conferences to share knowledge and contribute to thought leadership in the field. 
  • Patching and Vulnerability Management: 
    • Work collaboratively with security and compliance to ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards. 
    • Establish and maintain world-class processes and procedures for patching and vulnerability management across all end user platforms, minimizing security risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Metrics and Visibility: 
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to EUC compliance, uptime, performance, and user satisfaction. 
    • Implement reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders with visibility into the compliance and performance of the EUC environment, enabling data-driven decision-making. 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred or at least 10 years relevant experience.  
  • 10 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing global end user computing environments. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and resources for large-scale IT initiatives. 
  • Deep understanding of end user platforms, including Mac, Windows, MDM, and RMM technologies. 
  • Experience with implementing and managing AV solutions for conference rooms and large events. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are a plus.

Salary

The base salary range is $ 146,307.75 – 220,000.00 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
