As a Global Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies through data analytics and research. You will leverage data to measure business performance against pricing expectations, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize pricing initiatives to enhance decision-making. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage data and analytics in a high-impact pricing function, driving strategic decisions and business success.

Role Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data to inform strategic pricing decisions.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, experience in financial modeling.

  • In this role, you will support the delivery of pricing strategies through pricing analytics.

  • You will perform root cause analysis to measure business performance relative to pricing expectations.

  • Continuously update elasticity and willingness-to-pay insights to inform pricing decisions.

  • Manage ongoing pricing tests and pilots to enhance pricing strategies and initiatives.

  • Research customer behavior using qualitative and quantitative data, applying optimization techniques to support new pricing model development.

  • Develop streamlined tools in Excel and/or Power BI to measure initiative performance based on defined KPIs.

  • Measure and track key pricing initiatives to assess the need for corrective action.

  • Convert complex data findings into tables, graphs, and visualizations.

  • Communicate pricing insights effectively to business partners and regional leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments involved in the pricing process.

  • Facilitate the rollout of new pricing strategies and system functionalities.

  • Identify operational issues and provide feedback to pricing operations and IT teams.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial or quantitative analysis, preferably in banking or fintech.

  • Advanced knowledge of pricing models or similar financial/analytical models is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Excel, Power BI, and JIRA. Experience with Snowflake is an advantage

  •  Ability to build transparent and productive relationships across teams in a global organization.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey insights effectively in a cross-functional environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,167 – 3,250 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
