Be part of a fast-growing media network that values innovation and diversity. As we continue to expand our commerce media network, we’re looking for a dynamic Multicultural Sales Advertising Account Executive to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and media buyers focused on Hispanic and multicultural audiences.

Western Union powers your pursuit.

In this role, you will be responsible for securing new advertising partners, managing key relationships, and developing customized digital media campaigns for Hispanic and multicultural brands and agencies. This role requires a deep understanding of Hispanic and multicultural marketing, a strong digital media sales acumen, and the ability to create comprehensive media strategies across multiple channels. Experience and knowledge of the LATCA media market would be a plus as we expand into those corridors. Collaborating with internal teams, the Multicultural Advertising Account Executive will craft proposals, respond to media briefs, and drive advertising revenue across Onsite Display, Offsite Audience Extension, and Digital Out-of-Home. A passion for working with multicultural brands and a proven track record of successfully executing integrated, cross-platform campaigns is a must.

Role Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect, pitch, and secure partnerships with brands, agencies, and resellers targeting multicultural and Hispanic audiences.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue across Onsite, Offsite, and DOOH advertising solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities and position Western Union Media Network as the go-to solution for multicultural digital media campaigns.
  • Meet management-established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on multicultural audience engagement and media performance optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations teams, to deliver impactful media solutions.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Work closely with clients to develop customized, data-driven digital media campaigns that align with their multicultural marketing objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on audience segmentation, creative execution, and media placement to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign success metrics and proactively optimize for better results.
  • Maintain data entry into CRM software.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media partnerships, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of selling digital media solutions, preferably in commerce media, programmatic advertising, or retail media.
  • History of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Deep understanding of multicultural marketing trends, Hispanic consumer behavior, and digital media buying.
  • Established relationships with brands, agencies, or media buyers focused on multicultural audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) and audience targeting strategies is a plus.
  • Command of spreadsheets, audits, and customer relationship and project management software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
