As a Product Manager, Credit and Collections, you will drive the development and delivery of the internal Collection product, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external product providers while working alongside multiple Agile scrum teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the evolution of Collection in a global fintech company. You’ll work with talented professionals across multiple disciplines and regions, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and business strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and long-term strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Clearly communicate the product vision to development teams and key stakeholders.

  • Gather insights from stakeholders to inform product ideation, design, and strategic improvements.

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to align with business needs.

  • Own and maintain the Collection product roadmap, ensuring transparency and agility in execution.

  • Partner with Engineering teams in India, facilitating issue resolution and project progression.

  • Analyze requirements to identify gaps, conflicts, and dependencies, collaborating with relevant teams to determine feasible solutions.

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, collections, compliance, risk, and finance teams to ensure the product aligns with business objectives.

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

  • Utilize Agile Scrum methodology to define business requirements, prioritize features, draft user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with external technology vendors to integrate third-party solutions as needed.

  • Support product launch activities, ensuring a seamless transition from development to operations.

Role Requirements 

  • Relevant experience of minimum 5 years in Financial Services and Banking; Fintech or Payment, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.

  • Academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Technology, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.  

  • Be obsessed with customer experience and have a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proficient in requirements gathering, process modelling, and documentation techniques.

  • Experience with usability testing methodologies.

  • Ability to break down complex experiences into simple documents, stories, and flows.  Experience in developing user flows and collaboration diagrams.

  • You have an impeccable understanding of data, metrics and follows data driven decisioning.

  • Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires cross-collaboration among different stakeholders and partners.

  • Have a “get things done’ attitude; be self-motivated and possess the ability to “roll-up your sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines.

  • Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 4,033 – 7,75 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
