In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for users of Western Union’s Learning Management System (LMS) for Agents across the globe. Also, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis and training data reconciliations. You will be part of the Agent Learning Technology team who is responsible of overseeing all the sites within the Western Union LMS Platform and also responsible for the delivery of content to the right audience based on Business and Compliance requests. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist key stakeholders and users with issues related to the LMS, including troubleshooting technical problems, performing training assignments, training transfers and password resets. Also includes answering questions about platform features and capabilities.

  • You will perform regular cross-checks between back-end systems to perform training reconciliations and take the necessary steps to resolve any findings which might require working with other internal technology teams and systems.

  • It will be required to support the management of the courses and resources within the LMS ensuring that materials are uploaded correctly and are accessible to users. Collaborate with activities related to content and country deployments. Conduct training assignments.

  • Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and frequently asked questions to assist users and coordinate support efforts.

  • Collaborate in tasks to ensure LMS adheres to regulatory standards such as accessibility and data security requirements.
     

Role Requirements

  • Basic to mid-level knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Technology will make you stand out.

  • Hands on experience in IT support, Customer Service or similar field would be an advantage.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and SQL/database management basics.

  • Reporting in Excel and other database-driven systems is a plus.

  • Strong written and spoken English language skills (from B2 level).

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high-energy team supporting customers’ questions and needs.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Customer and problem-solving oriented attitude are expected.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,400 – 2,058 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
