Manages our Global HR Support Center, this role will provide input for annual goals and objectives that support functional success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Joint accountability for the team or the department; quality and delivery of and results (no direct responsibility for financial or resource planning of the area.); adheres to budget and may provide input. Understands and communicates function policies and procedures to team.
  • Coordinates team’s activities with function operations. Communicates with other functions, customers and external vendors. Ensures team activities positively influence customer experience and department operations.
  • Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the function’s objectives. Monitors team activities to ensure function objectives and initiatives are being supported. Full supervisory responsibilities contributing to the motivation and development of team of primary non-exempt employees.
  • Supervisory responsibility for day-to-day activities of a work team or sub-department.
  • Recommends and is jointly accountable for Human Resource actions (i.e., hiring, terminating, disciplinary, performance ratings, etc.) for direct reports.
  • Ensures essential policies and procedures are followed and resolves issues as they arise.
  • Identifies the need for training and development of team members.
  • Ability to provide direct support to VP’s and/or multiple Directors.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or Human Resources, 6-8 years’ experience, or equivalent.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong command in written and spoken English. Additional languages desirable but not required.
  • Has an agile ability to work closely with businesses globally; detailed team player and has strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and preferably PowerPoint.
