In this role, as a Jr. AML Analyst you will be responsible for investigating customer transaction, understanding the customer behavior, their relationship with counterparties, economic profile, and identify any potential suspicious activity, according Brazilian Regulation, local and global procedures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Part of a Brazilian Compliance Team and support the AML Compliance team to ensure adherence to compliance requirements by identifying typologies and possible suspicious activities.
  • Analyze of Consumer behavior based on historical transactions. 
  • Prepare communication to Regulator, as required by law and by our policies and procedure.
  • Present the result of investigation to Compliance Committee. 

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in AML/CFT on financial institution will be considered as differential. Knowledge of AML/CFT Laws and Regulations applicable to Financial Entities.  
  • We will equip you with job-specific knowledge during the initial training, yet we expect that you will already understand trends and developments in AML risks and concerns.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Higher education or equivalent experience are preferable. 
  • Good communication, time management and teamwork and collaboration skills. 
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular). 
  • You must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well under pressure. 
  • Analytical, initiative and problem-solving skills. 
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills.  
  • Proven history of being a self-starter while maintaining positive relationships with teammates and other company personnel.
