As a proactive, ambitious, and creative Recruiter, you will report to the EMEA, Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of staff and sales roles. As part of your role, you will source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. You will take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. You will manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. You will facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and the negotiating of the employment terms. We require you to ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations under European legislation. You will work closely with the business to understand their needs, working alongside them to create efficient processes and minimize time to hire. You will manage and facilitate the end-to-end process flow.
For this role, you will need experience in the recruitment industry, and solid recruiting experience. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills. You should feel comfortable making decisions independently and possess the ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods and should understand European employment laws and regulations. This is a 4 month contract position.
