Better requires process discipline and simplification

For this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master and will help the team Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the overall program and define resolution paths where required. You will use your expertise in resolving cross-team impediments and blocking issues along with scheduling and conducting meetings and SAFe Scrum ceremonies in accordance with best practices. You will be responsible for building team collaboration, commitment towards achieving sprint goals, and continuously work to improve team performance and productivity.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• 4+ years of experience working with lean and Agile methodologies
• 3+ years of experience working as Scrum Master.
• Effective facilitation and conflict resolution skills – must be able to facilitate discussion of multiple approaches and drive resolution.
• High motivation and drive to help the program teams excel and deliver based on program timelines.
• Assertive – must be able to ensure Agile/SAFe/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, and make the tough calls.
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable communicating with development teams, Product Owners, Product Management, and Senior Management.
• Experience or knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. is preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification or equivalent certification will be a plus.
