Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll be looking for you to lead a team of Information Security Analysts to meet Western Union's commitment to security governance. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the team's activities, which will include risk assessment, testing security controls, and client support. Your role will be vital in evaluating the security, reliability, and integrity of a wide variety of information systems and suppliers. 

For such a role, we will require you to have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an Information Security leadership role. You will have a broad knowledge of risk assessment concepts and information security policies. You will have obtained a CISA certification. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Annual base salary gross: $81,204.00  – $143,043.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
