Better requires process discipline and simplification
You’ll be responsible for providing support to our foreign exchange (FX) team in Toronto, Canada. We’ll look to you to proactively provide the necessary sales reporting and client support to allow the FX team to prioritize their time on selling and customer contact. For this role, you’ll utilize Microsoft Excel and Salesforce extensively. In addition, you will process client refunds, repurchases and collaborate with the investigation team to ensure quick and timely payment resolutions. Using your keen eye for detail and accuracy, you’ll ensure all relevant information is accurate and completed correctly and provide direct client support when needed.
We need you to have relevant experience in reporting, ideally within the B2B financial services sector and a real passion for excellence in customer service. You are a team player and can establish effective relationships and partnerships with ease. You are strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce. For this role, you must possess at least a high school degree. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language. French language will be a nice to have.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
