Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this strategic role, you will be leading from the front and will be accountable for a broad range of tasks which include configuring and developing on Western Union’s instance of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments and upgrades. You’ll perform management and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules, product development, service automation, and system integrations. You’ll analyze and resolve program support deficiencies and conduct independent technical investigations in systems architecture and design including follow-through and complete assigned development tasks/projects in a professional manner. You’ll contribute to the continual improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of customer needs and requirements along with assisting with user acceptance testing.
To optimize your skills in this role you will need a B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field along with 7 to 10 plus years of experience perfecting your skills in the design, development, delivery, test, documentation, configuration changes, and creation of business solutions for complex and large-scale environments. You’ll have a minimum of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances with user bases of 5000+. You’ll be proficient with technical ServiceNow components such as business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages, and macros, the script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc. You’ll have experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions/initiatives/service automation along with proven experience with creating and managing technical documentation. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable
