Join us as a Financial Analyst and support business growth by owning the WU Company’s monthly forecasting and annual planning process for defined cost lines, that includes (but not limited) planning model creation, baseline preparation, inputs’ gathering, communication with finance and business planning partners, trends and variance analysis, forecast/plan loads to the financial system and etc.
This is a detailed and dynamic role, and you’ll need relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or mathematics as well as experience working as an analyst. It’s essential you have advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, while experience with SQL would be an advantage. You’ll need to be an effective analyst, with great problem-solving skills, attention to detail and flexibility skills. A confident communicator, you’ll have high standards and a strong work ethic.

The annual gross base salary range is 17,766 – 31,460 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
