Your day-to-day activities will involve meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders to comprehend and translate their needs into experience design solutions, represented as wireframes, prototypes, and high-level visual designs. We love to challenge each other with discoveries in tools, methods, apps, and just about anything that excites us as designers and tie that all into the work we do. For this role, you should have a passion for information exchange and constant personal growth. We’re always pushing each other to do better and someone that possesses that sentiment is going to be a perfect fit. Projects range from blue sky to tedious updates on older systems that are slowly being phased out.

For a creative role like this, you have invested 12 plus years of your life perfecting your skills and can jump into new projects with ease. When friends ask what you do all day, you say “UX” in reply, but Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Fireworks come into play as well. You can develop and manage the corporate design and online branding standards. You have previous management experience with a clear and empowering management style along with leading client teams from business development presentations to developing digital design solutions. have demonstrated success leading delivery of complex global initiative in a truly global environment. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
