Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll look to you to process incoming and outgoing payments from business clients while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met. You’ll use your keen eye for detail to review data received from internal/external parties, monitor payments and validate the data input ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained. You’ll monitor the case queue for responses and action immediate and ensure all queries are resolved satisfactorily within agreed service level agreements.
Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:

A high school degree is required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration is preferred

Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English is required, additional languages a plus

Good knowledge of MS Office

Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer-centric approach

Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks

Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment

The annual gross base salary range is 10,891 – 18,670 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
