Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to assist in the creation, modification, and implementation of content for multiple consumer-facing global alternative channels including web and app properties. You will work within the Global Digital Content organization, which is a truly global team, with colleagues across the globe. The content team is critical to delivering the company’s message across our digital properties (web and app), ensuring that our voice is consistent, on-brand, and contributes to a superior customer experience. You’ll partner with business owners, product and user experience teams, project management, and development to turn requirements into clear, helpful, high-quality product content and UI text.
For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree with 6 to 9 years of experience writing digital content in a corporate environment for a consumer audience. You’ll have broad experience applying voice and tone guidelines, editorial style, and creating concise mobile/app content. You’ll have a deep understanding of web content best practices and emerging trends. You’ll bring to the table the ability to work with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds. As a qualified candidate, you’ll possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and easily manage multiple projects with challenging deadlines.
