Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to be the leader of our Product Owner groups as in Payments Solutions, specifically for projects related to integrations. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships resolving day to day issues, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will also report, monitor and optimize payment performance by actively work with the Project Management and Product Owners teams to complete detailed business requirements, assesses impacts of projects, and ensure key tasks are incorporated to project plans. Engage in project releases and user acceptance testing will be key functions on a daily basis • You will also be in direct contact and liaise with the Check Processing, Payments Services and Settlement teams. You’ll be responsible for the deployment and performance of mid-office teams for Payment Products.
For such a detail-driven role, you’ll have over 7 years of experience in business operations, in-depth knowledge on card payments, bank transfers, and ACH payments, and preferably wallet payments, preferable at a Global Payment- E commerce or Fintech Companies. You will also have obtained your bachelor’s degree. You will have experience in managing employee relations issues and performance management. You will have excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to think independently and find ways to solve problems. Strong knowledge required of Payment Gateways, Acquirers, Processors and Associations. Experience managing chargebacks and collections. Proven ability to effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations. You will lead and partner with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle stringent deadlines. Proven ability to work across teams to develop and document business requirements will be also required.
