Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role, you will provide asset and service management for the global IT team. You will design processes, policies, procedures and implement asset tracking systems. You will recommend, consult, and assist in the implementation of an asset management tool and processes. You will track and manage all IT software and hardware assets globally, their warranties and maintenance, throughout their lifecycles under ISO requirements. You will work in close partnership with WU Service Provider Governance, WU Corporate Procurement, ITIO, several functional teams, and suppliers.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of progressive experience in an IT Asset Management capacity and 2+ of ServiceNow SAM Pro experience. You must be familiar with IT technologies and possess a strong grasp of software licensing structures. Your knowledge and experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining an asset management process and tools from the ground up are highly valuable. You should also be passionate about quality customer service and positive interactions with internal customers, proactively researching solutions and improvements. Knowledge in ServiceNow CIS-Software/ Hardware Asset Management Certification or similar will be added advantage, would be a real plus.
