Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You will contribute to the effectiveness of global operations teams by ensuring that requirements for strategic projects and programs are captured and solutions are delivered to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. You’ll develop database solutions by defining structure, functional capabilities, security, back- up and recovery specifications. Conduct business analysis activities for small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, from concept to delivery will be essential part of your role too.

We need you to have 4+ years of demonstrable experience as a Database Administrator or Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge in SQL, in combination with track record of delivering well-documented data requirements, and with extensive experience in Waterfall, Agile, and blended software development methodologies. You will need to bring some People Manager skills through similar previous experiences. You have strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, together with the ability to interact and communicate effectively. High English proficiency will be evaluated too.
