Better starts and ends with the customer
We will look to you to work from a prospect database and call potential clients. Through questioning and discussion, you will fully establish their foreign exchange processes and needs. You will discuss current issues and raise awareness, then go on to arrange qualified and pre-closed meetings for our sales management team. Using your commercial awareness, you will demonstrate the value of the proposition to the prospective customer, helping you achieve your daily, weekly and monthly targets. You will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining data and records in alignment with our procedures and service level agreements. You will also provide first-class service to our customers both internally and externally.
In this role, you will have 1+ years of experience in cold calling or related field. You will need the desire to succeed and the motivation to exceed targets. We will need you to use your previous cold calling and prospecting skills to engage with potential customers and identify their business needs with confidence. Using your commercial awareness, you will demonstrate the value of the proposition to the prospective customer, helping you achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
