Who we are

Western Union Costa Rica began its operations in 1998 and grew into one of the biggest employers.

Our mission is delighting customers, agents and partners by delivering great experiences that drives Western Union’s growth. The site has over 1200 employees in this location who represent 32 nationalities, speak 17 languages, and hold a variety of influential roles. Talents here drive innovative business solutions and develop new ways of connecting people to the global economy.
