As a consultant, you will be leading engineering QA Automation and functional team, partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore and delivering SLAs. You would be performing below responsibilities-

Role Responsibilities

• Develop Testing/Automation strategy to support Mobile test automation based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.
• Drive the automation team to ensure minimal duplication of efforts through maximum reuse of defined solutions
• Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing mobile test automation for projects of simple to high complexity
• Practices automation development efficiency, maintainability, and reusability -Assist in managing and improving the coding standards
• Provides accurate implementation level estimates and delivers on them
• Understands software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case -development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation; actively participates in process improvements
• Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with others
• Experience in executing POCs, evaluation of various tools as required and present to clients.

Role Requirements

• 9 + Years of experience in total & minimum 7 years of experience as a Test Architect or QA Lead into Mobile Automation.
• Strong Mobile Test automation experience on iOS and Android platform using Appium and BrowserStack tool
• Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
• Hands on experience of automation frameworks and techniques for Mobile/Web/APIs and Databases
• Experience with multiple development platforms and knowledge of J2EE, API (Rest, SOAP, Message-Driven), and Micro Services
• Experience with test management systems (e.g. HP ALM, Jira Zephyr etc.)
• Hands on experience in Behavior Driven Development [BDD] concepts and Tools (Cucumber etc.)
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.
• DevOps knowledge/AWS Cloud services experience would be an added advantage
• Good People management Skills
