Better starts and ends with the customer
You will process settlements and refunds, ensuring that data for each case are entered accurately in our systems. Specifically, you will be responsible for maintaining valid supporting documents for all transactions. You will also work on investigating issues, providing research, root cause analysis, and ultimately recommendations and resolutions. You will communicate the outcome of your activities to our business partners and consumers around the world.

Fast typewriting skills
Fluency in English

The monthly gross base salary range 933.33 – 1475 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
