Relentless pursuit of better
You will interface and collaborate with other engineers in a geographically distributed development center—design layered applications, including user interface, business functionality, and database access. Apply Agile methodology daily and follow the Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining 80%-unit test coverage and 70% integration test coverage. Develop technical & domain expertise and apply it to solving product challenges—through code reviews. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation and roll out applications with cross-functional impacts. Share engineering support and release
For such a critical role you will have,
BS in Computer Science or related fields. Education or equivalent Experience is required
5+ years of professional Experience
Demonstrated Experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java and design patterns
Proven capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards
Recognized ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities, and thrive under pressure
Strong emphasis on the customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development
Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks
Demonstrated working on public API. Microservices AWS
Preferred not required, Experience in:
NoSQL experience. Agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery). Hands-on Experience in building high performance and large-scale real-time systems that scale to billions of transactions per day

The on-target earnings range is $121,583. – $167,744. Midpoint includes a base salary of $105,725 – $145,865 midpoint, short-term (15% of base), aligning with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
