Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll look to you to work with best-of-the-breed on global regulatory governance, risk, and compliance in respect of the Information Security Program. You will be a point of contact for audit, and examine activities relative to IT and Information Security. You will align the organization with current and new global cybersecurity laws and regulations, undertaking analysis, and providing guidance to ensure we are compliance-ready. You will respond to inquiries and questionnaires from regulators and stakeholders while providing evidence to support examinations and regulatory inspections. Using your capacity to lead you will lead and support projects and initiatives relating to enterprise security, you'll manage cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and look to identify action plans to close gaps or mitigate risk.

For this role we need you to have a broad-based IT background with the aptitude to quickly understand issues related to access control, authorization, encryption, business continuity, disaster recovery as well as information security. You will have experience with frameworks such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Ideally, we need you to have a degree in Information Security and a relevant professional certificate such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, PSD2, GDPR and EBA guidelines (would be an advantage) together with a familiarity with information security governance, compliance, and risk management. CISSP Certification is an advantage.
