Entra in Maccorp Italiana S.r.l., parte di Western Union, azienda leader nel settore dei cambi, come Cassiere – Addetto alle vendite presso i nostri negozi di Catania
Come Front-Line Associate, ti occuperai del servizio al cliente e della vendita dei nostri prodotti e servizi. Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico e multiculturale, a contatto con una clientela internazionale. Il lavoro si svolge su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.
- Vendita di prodotti e servizi (cambio valuta, money transfer, tax free, SIM telefoniche, biglietti ferroviari, tour e prodotti turistici)
- Offrire un servizio clienti eccellente
- Proporre vendite complementari quando possibile
- Fidelizzare la clientela
- Gestione del denaro e riconciliazione giornaliera
- Rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza
Requisiti del Ruolo
- Diploma o laurea
- Essenziale ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (una terza lingua è un plus)
- Permesso di Soggiorno per lavoro
- Spiccate doti relazionali e commerciali
- Esperienza nel servizio clienti, vendita o settore turistico preferibile
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e attitudine al problem solving
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità
Orario di lavoro
Tempo pieno con turni a rotazione, inclusi weekend e giorni festivi.
