In this unique global role, you will lead and develop a team of talented Employer Brand Specialists and design and govern processes for the following:
Role Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Data Engineering Manager who can form and lead a highly technical and dynamic team.
- This team will be responsible for building and maintaining our next-generation data pipelines and Data systems.
- As a manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework.
- The broad range of responsibilities include leading engineering and configuration teams, partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements.
Role Requirements
- 10+ years of business/data analysis experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience
- 8+ years of experience in supporting scalable and high-performance data pipelines.
- Leveraging distributed, data movement technologies and approaches, including but not limited to ETL and streaming ingestion and processing.
- Experience in data integration, data management, and data quality.
- 3 to 5 years of Integration experience using Talend/Informatica/Matillion and snowflake
- Industry experience in Engineering excellence on public cloud like AWS or Google.
- Experience in ETL Tools Like Talend, Informatica and Matillion. Experience in Data Modeling is a plus.
- You will have strong engineering experience using Java/Scala/Python with Spark and working knowledge of Big Data Technologies (EMR/Cloudera, Kafka, HBase, ELK, Snowflake, etc.)
- Good written and verbal Communication skills
